OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

1. TO ENTER

The Sweepstakes will commence on 12:00 am Central Standard Time (CST) November 27, 2006. To enter, fill out and submit the personalization form located at http://supercrossonline.com before 11:59 PM CST on April 8, 2007.

Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for: (a) telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry information, for any human error, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late or damaged, and all such entries are void; and (b) your inability to access the registration site, or any other error or malfunction that may occur, including any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes. In case of dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor and/or Administrator may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor or Administrator representatives.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and/or Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Entrants must be the registered subscriber of the email account from which the entry is made.

2. SELECTION OF WINNER

One Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Administrator on or about April 8, 2007, from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone and email. The winner will be required to sign and return to Administrator an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days after the date of the notification, or an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. If the winner cannot be notified within 24 hours after the drawing, or in the event of non-compliance with each of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States ages 18 or older who have had Internet access prior to the first date of this promotion. Void where prohibited and wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable federal, state or local laws and regulations. Employees of Sponsor and Administrator, and any of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families and persons living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to participate or win. Only one entry per household permitted. This promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the United States.

4. PRIZE

Grand Prize winner will receive: round trip airfare for two (2) to Las Vegas, hotel accommodations for two (2) nights at the MGM Grand Arena, Scott USA merchandise prize pack, interview on Supercross LIVE! for contest winner, event tickets for two (2) to the Amp'd Mobile World Supercross GP™/ Amp'd Mobile AMA Supercross Series in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Sam Boyd Stadium on May 5, 2007 (Event Tickets), and One-Hundred and Fifty dollars ($150.00) in spending cash. Round trip airfare for two (2) to Las Vegas is valued at One Thousand Five Hundred dollars ($1,500.00). Hotel accommodations for two people, based on double occupancy, for two (2) nights in Las Vegas at current rates is valued at Three-Hundred dollars ($300.00). Merchandise prize pack is valued at Three-Hundred dollars ($300.00). The Event Tickets are valued at approximately One-Hundred and Fifty dollars ($150.00). Prize package is courtesy of Sponsor and Administrator and is valued in the aggregate at Two Thousand Four Hundred dollars ($2,250.00). This prize does not include transportation, meals, or any other item not expressly set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

All taxes and all other expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of any prize awarded hereunder is the sole responsibility of the winner. The Grand Prize package is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor and Administrator and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by winners for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in the Sweepstakes. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees. Sponsor and/or Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor or Administrator corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor and/or Administrator may award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension.

6. PUBLICITY

By participating, where allowed by law, Entrants agree that Sponsor and Administrator may use winner's name, picture, portrait, likeness and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation and may disclose certain data obtained from Entrants in the Contest to third parties and use such information for marketing purposes. 7. GENERAL RULES

Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor and/or Administrator , whose decisions are final. By entering you also agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in these Official Rules or in the Sweepstakes itself. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this Sweepstakes promotion. Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve the right to permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes promotion it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these rules.

8. SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATOR

The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Scott USA. The Administrator of the Sweepstakes is Live Nation Motor Sports, Inc.

9. WINNER NAMES & RULES

For a copy of these official rules (available within 60 days after the close of each sweepstakes) and/or the winner's names (available within 60 days after the close of the Sweepstakes) send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Scott USA Supercross Experience/ 4255 Meridian Parkway / AURORA, IL 60504. VT residents may omit return postage.
